First of all, the staff at this hotel were amazing. They were very polite and attentive, going the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were also very helpful with directions, making it easy for us to navigate the area.

The only slight downside was that the internet wasn't working properly during our stay. However, considering all the positive aspects of this hotel, it was a minor inconvenience that didn't detract from our overall experience.

The staff was amazing, always happy to help with directions or questions. the rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the best part was the breakfast which was included in the price and offered both Japanese and Western options. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and several restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find as there weren't clear signs pointing to the entrance. I wish the rooms had more space to move around in, but this seems to be a common issue in Japan.

The staff were smiley and helpful with great facilities. The bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was plain but good. The public bath was an extra!

Parking was free and the room was clean. Although not a great view, we were able to spot the scenic view of Mount Fuji from our window. The breakfast was decent and helped us start our day.

The location was quite far from the train station and was a bit inconvenient for us to travel around. The staff was also not very friendly, which made us feel unwelcome. The room was quite small and the air conditioning was noisy, which made it hard to sleep during the night. our experience was not very enjoyable and we wouldn't consider staying here again.
